 Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday always withing 24hours from time of purchase. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped and it is on your way .

 Shipping includes two delivery attempts . From the 3rd , the customer must pay the additional cost incurred . If returned as undeliverable , Customer load amount of the costs incurred.

Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order.

The return must fulfill the following requirements:

The product should be in perfect condition and must not have been used or washed.

No refund will be done if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same one or if it has incurred any harm, with which one should be careful with the products while they are in its possession.

Send an e-mail to info@wearecotton.com explaining the reason for the return and we will contact you immediately to proceed with the return of the package.

After approving the return and make sure that the product is in perfect condition, you will receive an e-mail informing you that shall be paid to the exact amount of your purchase through the same medium in which was held the same.
